Very nice and clean park. They are always working hard to keep everything cleaned up and perfect! The park is definitely very well kept up! They have lights for every holiday including Valentines Day! 😆 So fun and festive! They have a laundry room that is free wash and dry! There is a good size pond that my boys loved to fish in. And who doesn’t love free WiFi!?! Loved staying here while we were building our house!"

There has never been an issue with my Wi-Fi!!! The free laundromat is great - just schedule a time! Also, i have found the management to be friendly and very responsive and the grounds are well maintained!! It’s a safe and quiet place to park your RV…"

We had a great experience at Mockingbird Meadows Rv Park! We are a family of 5 and my kids loved the pond and being outdoors. We stayed for a few months it was always kept up, clean and quite. Not to mention their owners are wonderful!! Be sure to check them out!

"Amazing place to stay! The owners are really putting in a lot of effort to make it a better looking park. 

Me and my daughter’s have been here going on 2 months! We’ve lived in rv parks for 2 years and we gota say hands down this is the best one! Rodney takes a lot of pride in keeping the grass mowed and the property well kept! It’s very nice and quiet! The stock pond and pretty decorations are a bonus! My girls have caught 12 bass in one day! The owners aware very nice and welcoming!

Recently moved into this little community. I love the park. It is so peaceful and relaxing. The pond is so beautiful and at night you get to hear the frogs and crickets serenade you to sleep...All the neighbors seem friendly and extremely helpful, the owners are some of the nicest guys around and bonus...it's only 15 minutes away from the big city of Greenville.. for our shopping pleasures...

"I love the park. It is so peaceful and relaxing.

 So peaceful with the little lake and the turtles. Picinic tables, lots of grass. The owners have put gravel in the areas where the RVs are to keep mud down. They also decorate with beautiful lights for EVERY season. The price is right too!! Close to lKe Tawawkoni (sp)....and conveniently between Emory and Greenville.

Management is always keeping in contact and there isnt a day that goes by that they aren't out mowing lawn or laying more gravel, everything is always kept up with and is very peaceful. Have had no complaints so far . If you are looking for a beautiful place to live that is quiet and have friendly neighbors I would definitely recommend Mockingbird Meadows . Theres a beautiful pond to go fishing, not to mention the lights they hang up to see at night . The best part is definitely management always there to help and listen to any problems or concerns you might have .
